1. Identifikasi Permasalahan Umum

  • Bersama masyarakat melakukan identifikasi permasalahan umum yang dihadapi.
  • Bersama masyarakat mengidentifikasi permasalahan umum yang menjadi skala prioritas untuk diselesaikan.

2. Identifikasi Akar Permasalahan

  • Mencari apa yang menjadi penyebab dari permasalahan umum tersebut.
  • Solusi yang diberikan tepat.
Identifikasi Akar Permasalahan

Identifikasi akar permasalahan merupakan proses iteratif untuk menggali penyebab utama dari suatu masalah. Tahapan proses dimulai dari sebuah identifikasi masalah yang kemudian ditelusuri melalui pertanyaan "mengapa?".  Setiap jawaban dianalisis menggunakan kerangka 5W1H (what, who, where, when, why, how) untuk menemukan faktor yang lebih mendalam. Hasil  tersebut menjadi dasar bagi pertanyaan "mengapa" berikutnya, sehingga proses berlanjut secara sistematis hingga lima kali. 

Dengan cara ini, akar masalah dapat diidentifikasi dan dipahami secara menyeluruh dan diberikan solusi yang tepat.
